Master Thesis

The master thesis includes a research paper with integrated project management and related documentation. The documentation is written in English or in consultation with the supervisor and the academic legal organ in another foreign language.

The supervisor of the thesis has to write an assessment on the thesis.

Final examination

The final examination is an examination by commission. It is an exam, in which the relationship to the study programme is more important, than detailed knowledge of a single subject.

The senate for the final examination consists of the supervisor of the thesis and at least two other members. After a generally understandable presentation of the thesis by the candidate, the senate examines the content of the thesis and the relationship to two other subjects. These subjects are different from the thesis subject and are fixed by the academic legal organ with respect to the candidate’s proposal. The senate evaluates and grades the diploma examination.
